§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

The Regulations are addressed to consumers and entrepreneurs using the online store.

The administrator of personal data in the online store is the seller. There is personal data
processed on the basis of the grounds and principles indicated in the privacy policy, which can be found at online store website. -
Making purchases, providing personal data by the buyer and using the store
website is voluntary, subject to the exceptions indicated in the privacy policy - obligations
statutory seller, conclusion of the contract. -
Definitions:
a) Registration form - a form enabling the creation of an account
b) Order form - a form enabling placing an order.
c) Client - a natural person with full legal capacity, a legal person - an organizational unit without legal personality that has concluded or intends to conclude contract with the Seller.

f) Newsletter - Electronic Service, distribution service provided by the Service Provider via e-mail.
g) Regulations - regulations of the online store
h) Product - a movable item available in the Online Store that is the subject of the contract.
i) Online Store - the Service Provider's store available at the Internet address www.weddinggifts.pl
j) Seller/Service Provider - The Service Provider is MJ GIFTS Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością liability with registered office address: ul. Jagiellońska 88 building 51L, 00-992 Warsaw, Tax Identification Number: 1133087331.
k) Sales contract - a sales contract concluded via the online store.
l) Electronic service - a service provided by the Service Provider to the Service Recipient.
m) Service Recipient:
i. a natural person with full legal capacity.
ii. An organizational unit or a legal person without legal personality - the beneficiary from the electronic service.
n) Order - the customer's declaration of will submitted via the order form to conclude a contract purchase.
o) Consumer Rights Act - Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014 pos. 827, as amended).
§2 ELECTRONIC SERVICES IN THE ONLINE STORE
- Electronic services available in the online store:
a) account,
b) order form,
c) newsletter. - Using the account is possible only after registering on the store's website
website, entering your e-mail address and password and clicking the "REGISTER" box.
After completing these steps, we will receive an activation link to the provided e-mail address. - Order form - using the form begins when the customer adds a product
to shopping cart. The order is placed after completing the form and selecting the delivery and payment method
and clicking in the "ORDER" field. - Newsletter - to use the newsletter, you must enter your email address on the main website of the store website in the "ENTER EMAIL ADDRESS" field and clicking "SUBSCRIBE" From now on, to the provided e-mail address.
Further editions of the newsletter will be sent to your e-mail address. - The Newsletter service is provided free of charge for an indefinite period of time. There is a possibility at any time unsubscribe from the newsletter by sending an appropriate request to the Service Provider via e-mail to the following address: shop@weddinggifts.pl
- Wymagania techniczne niezbędne do współpracy z systemem teleinformatycznym, którym posługuje się Usługodawca:
a) computer, laptop or other multimedia device with Internet access;
b) access to e-mail;
c) web browser: Mozilla Firefox version 17.0 and higher or Internet Explorer version 10.0 and higher, Opera version 12.0 and higher, Google Chrome version 23.0. and higher, Safari version 5.0 and higher, Microsoft Edge version 25.10586.0.0 and higher;
d) recommended minimum screen resolution: 1024x768; (5) enable in web browser ability to save cookies and support Java script. - Complaint procedure regarding electronic services.
- Complaints related to the provision of Electronic Services by the Service the service recipient may submit in writing to the following address: MJ GIFTS with limited liability company with the address registered office: ul. shop@weddinggifts.pl - Complaints regarding the provision of Electronic Services will be considered within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission.
§3 TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONCLUDING A SALES AGREEMENT
- The sales contract is concluded after the Customer places an order via order form.
- The price of the product on the store's website is given in Polish zlotys and includes taxes. About the total the order amount and delivery costs, the customer is informed on the Online Store website during placing an order.
- Procedure for concluding a sales contract using the Order Form.
- The conclusion of the Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller takes place after prior submission by Customer Orders in the Online Store.
- After the buyer places the order, the seller confirms acceptance of the order for processing. Confirmation of receipt of the order and its acceptance for processing takes place by sending it via The Seller sends the Customer an e-mail to the e-mail address provided when placing the Order the Customer's electronic form, which confirms the Seller's declaration of receipt of the Order and its acceptance

§4 METHODS AND DATES OF PAYMENT FOR THE PRODUCT
- The Seller provides the customer with the Bank transfer payment method.
- The Customer is obliged to make the payment within 7 calendar days from the date of conclusion Sales Agreements.
§5 COST, METHODS AND DATE OF DELIVERY AND COLLECTION OF THE PRODUCT
- Delivery of the Product is available within the territory of the European Union and United Kingdom.
- Delivery of the Product to the Customer is subject to payment, unless the Sales Agreement provides otherwise. Delivery costs of the Product is indicated to the Customer on the Online Store's website.
- The Seller provides the Customer with the Courier (Fedex, UPS) delivery method.
- The delivery time of the Product to the Customer is up to 14 Business Days, unless the description of a given Product or a shorter deadline was given when placing the order.
- The beginning of the product delivery period to the Customer is counted from the date of crediting the Seller's bank account or settlement account.
- The Customer will be additionally informed by the Seller about the Product's readiness for collection.
§6 PRODUCT COMPLAINTS
- The seller's liability towards the customer is specified in generally applicable provisions legal provisions, in particular the Civil Code.
- The Seller is obliged to deliver the product to the customer without defects.
- A complaint may be submitted by the customer in the form of:

b) electronically via e-mail: shop@weddinggifts.pl - It is recommended that the Customer provide in the description of the complaint: information and circumstances regarding the item
complaints, in particular the type and date of occurrence of the defect; requesting a way to deliver the product to compliance with the sales agreement or a declaration of price reduction or withdrawal from the Sales Agreement; and contact details of the person filing the complaint - this will facilitate and speed up the consideration of the complaint by Seller. - The Seller will respond to the Customer's complaint immediately, no later than within 7 days
calendar days from the date of its submission. - The Customer who exercises warranty rights is obliged to deliver the defective Product to the following address:

00-992, Warsaw. In the case of a Customer who is a consumer, the cost of delivering the product is borne by the Customer
the seller, in the case of a Customer who is not a consumer, the delivery costs are borne by the Customer.
§7 OUT-OF-JUDICIAL METHODS OF HANDLING COMPLAINTS AND SEEKING CLAIMS AND RULES OF ACCESS TO THESE PROCEDURES.

extrajudicial methods of dealing with complaints and pursuing claims and the rules of access to these
procedures are available on the website of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection at:

§8 RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT
- Pursuant to applicable law, the Buyer has 14 days to return the goods. Declaration of withdrawal from

via e-mail to the following address: shop@weddinggifts.pl - To withdraw from the contract and return the purchased goods, please complete the declaration and send it with
returned goods to the following address: MJ GIFTS Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office address:

- The Seller is obliged to immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date receipt of the consumer's declaration of withdrawal from the contract, return all payments made by him, including the costs of delivery of the product (except for additional costs resulting from the consumer's chosen delivery method other than the cheapest usual method delivery available in the Online Store). The seller refunds the payment using one the same payment method used by the consumer, unless the consumer expressly agrees to another a return method that does not involve any costs for him.
- The consumer is obliged to immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date in which he withdrew from the contract and returned the Product to the Seller.

§9 PROVISIONS CONCERNING ENTREPRENEURS
- This point of the Regulations and the provisions contained therein apply only to Customers and Service Recipients who are not consumers.
- The Seller has the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement concluded with a non-Customer consumer within 14 calendar days from the date of its conclusion. Withdrawal from the Sales Agreement in. In this case, it may occur without giving a reason and does not result in any liability on the part of the non-Client the consumer, no claims against the Seller.
- Pursuant to Art. 558 § 1 of the Civil Code, the Seller's liability under the warranty for the Product towards a Customer who is not a consumer is excluded.
- In the case of Customers who are not consumers, the Seller has the right to limit the available methods payment, including requiring prepayment in whole or in part, regardless of the chosen one method of payment by the Customer and the fact of concluding the Sales Agreement.
- Any disputes arising between the Seller/Service Provider and a Customer/Service Recipient who is not consumer are subject to the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of the Seller/Service Provider.
§10 FINAL PROVISIONS.

Agreements concluded via the Online Store are concluded in Polish.

The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations for important reasons, i.e.:
changes in legal provisions; changes in payment and delivery methods - to the extent that these changes affect implementation of the provisions of these Regulations. -
In matters not regulated in these Regulations, generally applicable regulations apply provisions of Polish law, in particular: Civil Code; Act on the provision of road services electronically of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended); for Sales Agreements concluded until December 24, 2014 with Customers who are consumers - provisions of the Protection Act certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused not by the product dangerous of March 2, 2000 (Journal of Laws 2000, No. 22, item 271, as amended) and the Act on specific terms and conditions of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code of July 27, 2002 (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 141, item 1176, as amended); for Sales Agreements concluded from December 25, 2014 with Customers who are consumers - the provisions of the Act on Consumer Rights of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014 pos. 827, as amended); and other relevant provisions of generally applicable law.
