What are cookies?

When using cookies in the manner described above, we never identify users based on the information stored in cookies.

The purpose of processing the Buyer's data by the Seller, provided by the Buyer in connection with purchases in the Store, is to fulfill orders. The basis for the processing of personal data in this case is:
- sales contract or actions taken at the Buyer's request aimed at concluding it (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
- the Seller's legal obligation related to accounting (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR) and
- the legitimate interest of the Seller, consisting in the processing of data in order to establish, pursue or defend possible claims (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

The processing of personal data of store customers is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 /EC (GDPR).
